At Botanique Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original botanical-themed packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our atelier.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey for you.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
